CEO, Gold Bridge Capital Solutions | Treasurer, Council for Cross-Cultural Affairs, Inc.
Ambassador, Natomas Chamber of Commerce
Access to capital is often called the lifeblood of business, but for many immigrant, refugee, and underserved entrepreneurs, navigating the financial system can feel overwhelming. Marie Judith Fleming has dedicated her career to changing that reality.

As CEO of Gold Bridge Capital Solutions, Marie brings decades of expertise in commercial real estate, financing strategies, credit readiness, and project development. Her mission is clear: to bridge the gap between hardworking entrepreneurs and the opportunities they deserve.
Through her work with Pacific Community Ventures (PCV) and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Marie connects business owners to both capital and the mentorship needed to succeed. As an Ambassador of the Natomas Chamber of Commerce, she helps create bridges between lenders, employers, and service organizations—opening doors that too often remain closed.
Now, as Treasurer of the Council for Cross-Cultural Affairs, Inc., she brings her leadership in governance and finance oversight to strengthen nonprofit sustainability and community empowerment. Beyond balance sheets and financial planning, Marie is passionate about building trust, promoting financial literacy, and ensuring underserved communities see a clear path to growth.
Her vision extends beyond boardrooms and business plans. From supporting small business resilience to championing projects like a proposed soccer training facility in Natomas, Marie sees economic empowerment and community development as inseparable.
For Marie, success is about more than numbers—it’s about people, opportunity, and legacy.
