Yuriy Petrovych is a respected sport fishing leader, international fishing judge, and community advocate dedicated to promoting ethical angling, outdoor education, and environmental stewardship. With more than a decade of experience in competitive fishing, tournament organization, and athlete development, he has earned recognition for his contributions to the growth of sport fishing both in Europe and the United States.
As a National Sport Judge of Ukraine and founder of the Berezhan Anglers Club, Yuriy organized and officiated numerous regional and national fishing competitions while mentoring anglers of all ages. His leadership has helped foster a culture of sportsmanship, conservation, and community involvement, inspiring many young people to embrace fishing as both a recreational activity and a lifelong passion.
Today, as Founder and President of Fishing Club California, Yuriy continues his mission of bringing together anglers, families, and outdoor enthusiasts through educational programs, community events, youth initiatives, and fishing tournaments. His vision is to create a welcoming organization that strengthens connections between people and nature while preserving fishing traditions for future generations.
