Kevin Barri is a senior financial services leader with more than three decades of experience driving growth, building high-performing teams, and executing strategic initiatives across Northern California. Today, as Director of Business Development at ROMO Incentives Group, he is focused on expanding partnerships, developing client relationships, and delivering innovative incentive and financial solutions that help businesses scale and retain top talent.
Prior to joining ROMO Incentives Group, Kevin held executive leadership roles at Wells Fargo, where he led more than 1,000 employees across over 100 branches and played a key role in transforming banking operations throughout the region. His background includes deep expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational development, with a consistent track record of improving performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth.
At ROMO Incentive Group, Kevin leverages this experience to build meaningful connections with business leaders and design programs that drive measurable results. His ability to align strategy with execution makes him a valuable asset to both clients and partners.
Deeply embedded in the community, he serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Sierra College Foundation, and the Council for Cross-Cultural Affairs. He lives in El Dorado Hills with his wife, Rachelle.
