What inspired you to enter the beauty industry and choose the path of a master colorist?
From an early age I was fascinated by transformation. Hair color is not simply a cosmetic change. It affects confidence, posture, mood, and even life decisions. I realized that through color I could help people see themselves differently. That realization became my mission and later my profession.
How did the idea of creating your proprietary Promeni methodology come to life?
Over the years I noticed that traditional coloring systems did not always take into account the individuality of each client. I wanted to create a structured yet flexible methodology that would combine technical precision with artistic intuition. Promeni was born from experience, experimentation, and deep study. It is not only a technique. It is a philosophy of personalized transformation.
What distinguishes Rise Beauty Salon from other beauty spaces?
We focus on education, system, and culture. Every specialist in our salon understands not only how to perform a service but why it works. Clients feel the difference immediately. We create an environment of professionalism and growth. That internal culture is what truly sets us apart.
Why did you decide to launch Rise Beauty School?
At a certain point I understood that scaling a business is not only about opening more salons. It is about multiplying knowledge. Rise Beauty School allows me to transfer experience to new masters. When students succeed, the entire industry grows stronger. Education is the most powerful form of leadership. Many of our students have successfully earned Cosmetology licenses in the U.S. after completing the program. Itโs incredibly rewarding to see them succeed and grow as professionals.
You also created RiseBeautyUS turbans. What problem were you solving with this product?
After professional procedures, hair needs protection and care. I wanted to create something elegant and functional at the same time. RiseBeautyUS turbans combine comfort, style, and real post procedure support. It is a product designed with understanding of the professional process, not just fashion.
You have received numerous awards and serve as an international judge at WBC Champions. What does recognition mean to you?
Recognition is responsibility. Awards confirm that your work meets high standards, but they also remind you that you must continue evolving. Being a judge allows me to contribute to industry standards and encourage excellence globally.
What challenges did you face while building your brand internationally?
Expansion requires clarity of vision and strong internal discipline. Different markets have different expectations. The key is to preserve your core values while adapting your strategy. Consistency in quality and brand identity has been essential for our growth.
What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs entering the beauty industry?
Master your craft before chasing scale. Build systems, invest in education, and never stop learning. Talent opens the door, but discipline keeps it open. Most importantly, believe in your unique perspective. The industry does not need copies. It needs leaders.
What is your long term vision for Rise Beauty and your personal mission?
My goal is to build a global educational platform and product ecosystem that supports professionals and clients alike. I want Rise to represent excellence, innovation, and integrity. Beauty is powerful when it is rooted in knowledge and purpose.
