For Arsen and Marietta, business isn’t just a career—it’s a calling. Their partnership blends strategy with vision, discipline with inspiration, and personal values with a mission to change lives. Together, they’ve created a platform where financial education is more than numbers—it’s about unlocking potential, building leaders, and giving families the tools to shape their own future.
In this Family Business interview, they share how their journeys from Moscow and Armenia led them to the United States, why they chose to work together, and how their shared vision is transforming communities one career at a time.
Arsen, could you please tell us about yourself?
I grew up in a family where my father was an architect and my mother was a teacher, and later both became successful entrepreneurs working together. That teamwork deeply inspired me from a young age. I earned my degree in Moscow and built successful businesses both in Russia and the United States, primarily in trucking and construction. Over the years, I learned that in traditional businesses it is very hard to maintain a balance between money and time. That realization became one of the key reasons I looked for something different—something that could provide both financial security and freedom.

Marietta, what did you do before starting your family business?
I was born in Armenia and grew up in Moscow, Russia. My father was an architect and my mother a teacher, and later they built a business together, which inspired me to value partnership and shared goals. I earned my degree in law and worked as a judicial clerk in the Moscow Arbitration Court. When we came to the U.S., I explored opportunities to continue my professional growth and to help people in meaningful ways, which led me to the financial field.
Arsen, how did the two of you decide to combine your talents and work together in the financial education and career-building field?
At first, working together as spouses was not easy—we weren’t sure if we could actually do a great job side by side. But by growing our mindset, learning to listen, respecting each other’s opinions, and defining our individual responsibilities, we found great joy in working together. We realized that a good partner multiplies your strengths and makes your battles feel like victories, while a bad partner multiplies your weaknesses and can make even a win feel like a battle. We chose to focus on each other’s strengths: I am the numbers person, passionate about building strategies, analyzing data, and creating financial plans that give people real hope for independence. Marietta is the visionary—she inspires, communicates, and builds long-lasting relationships. Together, we create an environment where our partners are not just business associates, but extended family.
Marietta, what core values guide your business, and how do they reflect your family’s own principles?
Our core values are Integrity, Honesty, and Loyalty. They guide every decision we make and every relationship we build. These values reflect our own family principles—building trust, honoring commitments, and staying true to the people we serve.

Arsen, how do you balance your personal relationship with the demands of running a mission-driven business together?
For us, the balance comes from having clearly defined roles, respecting each other’s space, and keeping our priorities in order—faith, family, and finance. We make sure that the business serves our life, not the other way around.
Marietta, what unique strengths does each of you bring to the business, and how do they complement one another?
Arsen is highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented—he builds systems that work and create sustainable results. I am more of a people person—visionary, relationship-driven, and focused on helping individuals find their voice and purpose.
This combination allows us to lead both from the head and the heart.
Arsen, why do you believe financial education is essential for individuals looking to advance their careers or start new ones?
Because without financial literacy, people cannot make informed decisions about their future. It’s not just about earning money—it’s about keeping it, growing it, and making it work for you. The lack of financial education keeps people trapped in cycles of debt and dependency.
Marietta, can you share a success story where your work made a significant difference in someone’s financial or professional life?
We have hundreds of success stories, but a few stand out. One is of a woman who immigrated to the U.S. with a speech defect and was told she should only work in jobs without communication. Through our training and support, she not only overcame her fear of speaking but became a public speaker, inspiring others from the stage. Another story is of a woman who, together with her son, battled cancer. When she joined us, she was completely drained and without purpose. Over time, she rediscovered herself, found new meaning in life, and began inspiring others who faced health challenges. And then there’s a family of already successful entrepreneurs who earned well but had no time for each other. Our system allowed them to work together, spend quality time with their children, and finally achieve the balance between time and money they had always wanted.
Arsen, how does job creation factor into your overall vision for community impact?
Our mission is not just to build businesses but to build business leaders. Every leader we develop creates opportunities for others—this multiplies our impact far beyond what we could do alone.
Marietta, what advice would you give to families considering starting a business together, especially in a field that directly impacts people’s futures?
The biggest challenge for many couples is that they grow in different directions, with different goals and visions. The most important thing is to look in the same direction, share each other’s vision, and work toward common goals. Don’t be afraid to work together—when you do, you become an unstoppable power couple, and every challenge becomes easier to overcome.

Our vision is to help one million people protect and grow their wealth
— Arsen & Marietta
Arsen, how do you stay inspired and continue to grow your own skills while guiding others?
I stay inspired by constantly learning—reading, attending trainings, and surrounding myself with leaders who push me to grow. Seeing the transformation in others also fuels my own growth.
Marietta, looking ahead, what is your shared vision for expanding your work in financial education and career development?
Our 10-year vision is to develop 10,000+ successful, financially independent licensed professionals who own and operate thriving businesses in the financial field, and to help one million families protect and grow their wealth.

Arsen, are your children involved in your business as well?
Yes. Our son, who is 19, is a licensed professional, and both he and our daughter Yeva have been immersed in this environment of financial education and leadership development from an early age. This is not just about our kids—children of our partners also grow up in this culture. They participate in office life, meet guests, make presentations, and develop strong values. Both of our children are disciplined savers and investors—they’ve been working from a young age and invest at least half of what they earn.
What makes your company different from other companies in the financial field?
We take a comprehensive approach. We are not salespeople—we are architects of financial solutions. We work with a platform that includes many top financial institutions, allowing us to connect people with the right company and product for their specific needs. Unlike traditional models that focus on selling one product, we educate clients so they can make informed decisions based on a variety of options.
Why do you think many people are afraid to start something new or pursue their potential?
Because of societal expectations, cultural conditioning, and the opinions of others. Many people grow up in environments that discourage risk or self-discovery, which hides their true gifts. We dedicate ourselves to helping people uncover those gifts, develop them, and use them to create a better, happier life.

What kind of people are you looking for to join your mission?
We are looking for people who are hungry to win, who want more out of life, who know they are capable of achieving more. People who are honest, value teamwork, want to grow, and are ready to become leaders in their communities.
Do you provide free education, or do you charge fees? And if our readers are interested, how can they reach you?
Our education is completely free. We believe that financial literacy should be accessible to everyone. Readers can reach us directly through our office phone, email, or social media—we are always open to conversations with those who want to learn, grow, and build a better future.
