Production has officially wrapped on Season 2 of Life Academy TV Series, the educational reality program created for children and teenagers. The series continues to center on one clear objective: introducing practical life skills that are rarely addressed in traditional school systems.

Created by Victor Migalchan and produced alongside Executive Producer Edward Cologna, Life Academy was developed to complement formal education rather than criticize it. While academic institutions provide foundational knowledge, subjects such as financial literacy, business fundamentals, mental health awareness, and professional discipline often remain underrepresented. Season 2 deepens the programโs commitment to addressing those gaps.
The idea for Life Academy evolved during the production of My American Family, when a Stanford graduate demonstrated limited understanding of basic business and finance principles. The experience prompted reflection on how even high academic achievement does not always translate into practical competence.

Training Session on healthcare and spinal health with Dr Marwan Chahayed
Further insight came during the early stages of Dragon Chef and Modern Kungfu, when Migalchan and Cologna encountered families facing serious youth mental health challenges. These conversations highlighted the need for structured mentorship and applied life training for young people. Life Academy emerged as a response to those observations.
Unlike traditional youth programming, Life Academy combines structured mentorship with production level discipline. Season 2 expanded both its mentor roster and subject matter, incorporating business, taxes, investing, physical health, martial arts, skincare entrepreneurship, music production, and media training.

Training session on investment with Robert Cody
This season featured guidance from investor and Executive Producer Robert Cody, celebrity doctor – chiropractor and bodybuilding champion Dr. Marwan Chahayed, celebrity esthetician Julia Luciv, world class DJ Den Kayo, celebrity tax consultant Nick Ananyan, world class martial arts master Hovhannes Harutyunyan, and other industry professionals. Producers Colleen Saftler and Joshua Price conducted intensive sessions designed to simulate real professional environments. The creators have indicated that, following Season 2โs reception, additional focused episodes are planned, including segments on law with Lielle Arad of Arad Law and songwriting with emerging artist Zere Ami.
A defining moment of the season involved collaboration with MC Dance Studio and founder Meera Chen. Selected participants were given only 2.5 hours to rehearse, produce, and film a professional dance music video alongside DJ Den Kayo and choreographers. The compressed timeline required adaptability, coordination, and focus under pressure.
These challenges were not scripted dramatizations but structured exercises intended to mirror real industry expectations.

Training Session on Tax Management with Nick Ananyan
Season 2 placed strong emphasis on mentorship as a development tool. Participants were required to follow demanding training programs, balancing academic style instruction with applied exercises. Mentors modeled professional conduct and accountability rather than simply delivering lectures.
Several cast members demonstrated measurable growth. Life Academy lead Josslyn Banh took on expanded responsibilities in both production and pre-production. Ashley Tang and Karina Eng focused on finance and market observation, while Kimberly Tang explored martial arts and healthcare training. Cathleen Zhang supported East Coast production logistics. Emerging cast members Ryan Huang, Jonathan, and Jayden Xie were also identified by producers as promising additions to the program.

Training Session with celebrity esthetician Julia Luciv
The season included in depth discussions on gold and silver markets, financial decision making, and disciplined investment principles, introducing participants to economic analysis beyond textbook theory.

Dance Music Video Session In Progress / Music Produced by DJ Den Kayo
While the program maintains a reality television format, the central objective remains skill development. Participants were exposed to entrepreneurship, communication discipline, financial responsibility, health optimization, and creative production workflows.
Julia Luciv shared her experience transitioning from modeling and performance arts to entrepreneurship, offering perspective on career diversification. Her sessions emphasized adaptability and long term planning rather than short term visibility.

With Season 2 completed, the production team is preparing for expanded initiatives in Season 3. Planned collaborations include engagement with the Small Business Administration and a stronger emphasis on technology and innovation, reflecting the creatorsโ growing involvement in Silicon Valley and entrepreneurship ecosystems.

Martial Arts Training Session with Master Hovhannes Harutyunyan
The program continues to position itself as a structured media platform focused on capability development rather than celebrity cultivation. The objective remains consistent: equip young individuals with practical skills, professional exposure, and disciplined mentorship that support long term independence.
