The draft Action Plan substantial amendment will be available for public review for 30-days (3/18/2024 to 4/17/2024)
The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency) will hold a public hearing before the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Commission regarding substantial amendments to the 2024 and various prior years’ County of Sacramento One-Year Action Plans for federally funded projects. The Action Plans appropriate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The One-Year Action Plans are budget appropriation documents and may include reprogramming of funds appropriated in previous years and amending previously approved project descriptions. The projects are subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) before the projects are approved for implementation.
