Starting dance at just four years old, Julia quickly rose through the ranks in Ukraine, fueled by determination and guided by elite coaches. By age 18, she represented her country in the Eurovision Dance Contest in London—placing second and catching the attention of Austrian singer Manuel Ortega, who chose her as his partner for Ukraine’s “Dancing with the Stars.”
