Sergey, tell us about the beginnings of All Type Remodeling, Inc. What inspired you to start your own construction business?

I’ve been in the construction industry for decades, working on everything from small home repairs to large-scale commercial projects. Absolutely. Our clients love that we’re a one-stop solution. We do it all—kitchen and bathroom renovations, electrical and plumbing work, custom cabinetry, tile installation, painting, drywall, decks, patios, windows, and doors. Whether it’s a single-room update or a full-scale remodel, we manage the entire process from concept to completion.

Kitchen and bathroom remodels are often considered the most challenging projects. What’s your approach to making them successful?

It all starts with listening. Every homeowner has a vision, and my job is to understand it fully before we pick up a single tool. Once we move forward, we finalize the design and scope, handle all permits if needed, and then execute the work with attention to detail.
