The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) has prepared annual United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Community Planning and Development performance reports on behalf of the City and County of Sacramento
The draft reports include a summary of 2023 expenditures and accomplishments for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program (HOPWA).
A public comment period for the draft reports will begin on March 5, 2024 at 8am and
end March 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
Citizens have an opportunity to comment on the proposed reports in writing at any time
during the public comment period. Written comments can be submitted to Community
Development Federal Programs Manager, Stephanie Green, at sgreen@shra.org, or

Copies of the draft annual performance reports are available for viewing on March 5th
at www.shra.org.
